Chromebook Troubleshooting Tips
Before trying any of these fixes, please restart the Chromebook first. Simply restarting (shutting it down, then turning it back on) will resolve many common problems, and should always be the first troubleshooting step.
Each number in the “Possible Fixes” column may, in and of itself, offer a potential solution and are listed in the order you should try. In other words, find the description most closely describing the problem from the “Issue” column. First, try number one from the list of possible fixes. If that does not resolve the issue, then try number two and so on.
If you're still having an issue with your students chromebook, after exhausting all possible issues relative to the issue being experienced, please contact your classroom teacher to arrange for further support and possibly a replacement device.
