Mr. Matt Hopper

My name is Matt Hopper and I teach 8th grade Math at FPMS. I have been part of the Forest Park School District since 2009 and have been teaching 8th grade Math since 2015. Throughout the year, we cover Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry. Not only do we learn about Math, we interact and learn from our peers, other classes and above all we make Math fun.  I received my undergraduate degree at Eastern Illinois University. I continued my educational journey at Concordia University, where I receieved my Master's Degree in Education. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and cooking.
