About the Principal
Mr. Joseph P. Pisano, Principal, is a highly motivated educator who has spent the majority of his educational career working at Forest Park Middle School. Mr. Pisano had the pleasure of serving as the 8 th grade Social Studies teacher at the Middle School for five years where he worked closely with the students and families of District 91. He transitioned into administration and served as Assistant Principal for nearly three years. In that time, Mr. Pisano gained a wealth of experience in mentoring and contributing to the development of the students and teachers. Mr. Pisano will now be entering his second year as the Principal of Forest Park Middle School. He has dedicated his life to educating and building positive relationships with children, parents and within the community he serves. He works hard to provide children with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful not only academically, but in life.
Joseph Pisano received his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a Social Science endorsement from Dominican University. He completed his graduate program at Concordia University and received a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. When not working Mr. Pisano enjoys spending time with his wife Shapelle and his one year old son Joey. He is a huge sports fan and enjoys spending time traveling with his family.
