• Making a FOIA Request to District 91

    Before making a request, first look to see if the information you are interested in is already publicly available.  You can find a lot of useful information on a range of topics on the Forest Park School District 91 website.  If the information you want is not publicly available, you can submit a FOIA request to the District 91 FOIA officer.  The request simply must be in writing and reasonably describe the records you seek.

    To make a FOIA request of District 91, please email the school district's FOIA officers, Dr. Elizabeth Alvarez, at ealvarez@fpsd91.org or Jeanette Barnes at jbarnes@fpsd91.org.  The time it takes to respond to a request will vary depending on the complexity of the request.
