About Parent University
The goal of Parent University is to provide families with the knowledge and skills needed to support their children’s learning and development journey. To achieve this goal. The Forest Park School District will partner with local Forest Park community-based organizations, businesses and non-for-profit organizations to offer resources and training/workshops to families.
Learning Objectives
The objectives of Parent University is to:
Increase family participation and involvement in the District/School.
Strengthen family and school partnerships to increase student success
Provide opportunities for families to gain knowledge and skills needed to support their children’s academic success and overall health and well-being.
