Illinois School District Financial Profile

District 91 finances are evaluated annually by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) using the Illinois School District Financial Profile.  The profile measures the following indicators:

  • Fund Balance to Revenue Ratio

  • Expenditure to Revenue Ratio

  • Days Cash on Hand

  • % of Short-Term Borrowing Maximum Remaining

  • % of Long-Term Debt Margin Remaining

District 91 has received the Financial Recognition rating, which is the highest possible rating, for each of the last 10 years.  The district has been debt-free since February 2013.
